Thanks a lot Beth. After dizziness having impacted my life for over 2 months and doctors being clueless I feel so lucky to get a diagnosis from my Acupuncturist and coming across your videos. It’s my fourth day and I am here. I have felt worse in between but I am so hopeful that in the next few weeks I will be able to get back to the things I have missed and feared.

Thank you so much for your wonderful videos! They have been so very helpful. I have worn mono-vision contact lenses (one lens for reading, the other for distance) for many years, but wondering if wearing them for the VOR exercises is advised. The lenses in my eyeglasses are progressive which I know is not recommended to wear for VOR exercises so I am relegated to my contact lenses. I could also put in single vision, distance-only contact lenses to perform them, but if I am going to return to the mono-vision contact lenses after I get better, should I be re-training my brain with them on? What is your best advice as to what to wear for the exercises?

I have been struggling with dizziness for over 2 months now. All blood tests and MRI results were normal. My PCP and the neurologist were clueless. So I finally decided to try Acupuncture. The Acupuncturist was the first one to mention a possible issue with the Vestibular nerve and that is how I ended up here. I will be diligently trying these exercises for the next 4 weeks. Thanks a lot for giving me that hope. Really appreciate you taking the time to create this content. You have no idea how many blessings you are getting from people like me.

I had dizziness and imbalance for 4 months now. Have had ALL of the tests and everything is"normal". Also was told that I don't have a vestibular component to my dizziness. Going to give these exercises a try anyway. It wouldn't hurt at this point. I'm also seeing a chiropractor for potential cervicogenic dizziness. Have just been 3 times but it seems to aggravate the dizziness right now. So hoping these exercises aid in eliminating that. I've been off work and ready to get back to normal.

I’m fat. Tried to move my fat and pressed as hard as I could go. My hands are very strong due to my occupation. I can’t reach it. What should I do? This is a long time (decades) problem. Left foot is at least moderately pigeon toed, right foot less so. When my back “goes out”, I crumple to the floor and can’t move. All the MD’s can’t help but to give me morphine shots and hydrocodone to get me going again.

I've been having median nerve pain in my right hand for a few weeks, the pain mostly arising at night and the intensity is so severe that it wakes me up in the middle of the night and it keeps me up. I've been having very poor sleep because of this. I found this video last night and I did the 3 nerve glide exercises and I did not have any pain. Unbelievable. I slept through the night. I am grateful that you posted this video. Thank you. I just did the exercises again this morning and I will do them twice more today.

I see her hopping with this thing which is very unsafe and uses a lot of energy. I could not find any videos with how to use a rollator with just one leg. Her upper body strength isn’t really there so crutches might not work for her either. Any suggestions or demonstrations out there that I missed that could help her? Thanks in advance!

After being told they can give me nothing to do to help myself while I wait 2 months to see neurology I came across this video. I am just finishing week 1 and along with some new supplements I have had the best week after 2 months of 24/7 off-balance, eye pain, nausea, muscle weakness and just feeling crummy. Going to keep it up. I really feel my eye pain is improving as I can tell what makes it worse in the beginning so I will keep it up. Slow and steady wins the race :)

Hi, the video has been helpful. But I have been feeling discomort and tension around my head for about 4 months now. It feels as if a rubber band is wrapped around my head and its always tight. Almost like a rams horn feeling around my head. Its tight right above my ears on both sides, goes a little towards the top of my heads and then back to the base of the skull. What should I do? I have been uncomfortable and feeling this tightness all day long for about 4 months now and nobody has been able to truly help with answers or to resolve the pain/tightness. Thank you!
